Phase B

  • Lysofix Liquid (Kemin) (Glycerin (and) glycine soja (soybean) seed extract)
  • 3.50

Phase C

  • Safflower oil
  • 12.00
  • Olive oil
  • 6.00
  • Coco caprylate
  • 2.00

Phase D

  • Sodium hydroxide (33.33% solution)
  • 0.20

Phase E

  • Optiphen (ISP) (Phenoxyethanol (and) caprylyl glycol)
  • 0.60

Phase F

  • Water
  • q.s. to 100

Procedure

Weigh phase A ingredients. Disperse Carbomer in water and let hydrate for 30 minutes. Weigh and mix ingredients for Phase B and C. Add Phase B and C to Phase A and emulsify for 30 minutes. Add Phase D and adjust speed to the increase in viscosity. Add Phase E and let mix for 5 minutes. Make up volume with Phase F. Mix for 30 minutes until uniform.
